A little longer time with no see. The days here are both going by quickly and slow at the same time.
The other day we went to Torino which is about a 50 minute drive from where we live.
The weather forecast said rain so we thought it would be a good day to spend in a bigger city.
I realised that I had become a bit more confident about the fact that dogs are welcome in every store/café/restaurant here in Italy as long as there isn’t a note on the door that says otherwise. Even the pharmacies allow dogs which I think they should in Sweden as well.
The Italians often seem to have the same taste in dog breeds as me, Beagles and Dachshunds, because we saw alot of them and I had two different men come up to me and say they had Beagles at home and we agreed that Beagles are stubborn and hungry creatures.
We also met a man who probably was homeless and had two really adorable Beagles. Molly said hi to them and we gave them some money and dog treats.
My heart always brakes when I meet homeless people with dogs, not that I blame the people for having dogs when they have no home but because I know what these dogs mean to them and I feel sad knowing they have no safe space.
Torino is one of my favourite cities here in Italy so if you ever have the chance to go there I highly reccomend it.
On the way back home we stopped at a winery we’ve visited a few times before. Never a problem bringing your dog there either.
